HRPT Field Use Reminders

White Bins/Back Pack Rack:
In an effort to make the Pier 40 Courtyard Fields a more secure environment, the Hudson River Park Trust has supplied large bins and back pack racks for field users to store their personal belongings during their permitted usage times. Bins and racks are located on the perimeter of the fields.

Please make sure all items are in a bin or on a rack hook for the security of YOUR belongings.

As an added security measure, the Hudson River Park Trust strongly encourages that all permit holders must designate an attendant to monitor the bins during usage times.

At the end of each permitted session, ALL items must be removed and the bins and racks left free and clean for the next permit holder to use. Storing items overnight is strictly prohibited.

Reminder: ALL field users MUST secure all personal property while on the fields. This is a condition of the field use permit.  HRPT is not responsible for any items left unattended.

Soccer/Lacrosse Goals: To protect the field surface the Hudson River Park Trust must ask that when moving goals around the field to please pick up the goal rather than dragging it across the field.

Soccer Goal Sand Bags: Please do not remove sand bags from the goals or playing area. Please do not open up the sand bags to use the sand for other equipment. These sand bags are meant to keep the goals from falling over.

Turf Footwear: In an additional effort to protect the surface we would like to remind our field users that the only footwear permitted on the turf field are molded cleats, turf shoes and sneakers. NO METAL SPIKES OR CLEATS.

Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed in the building or on the field. Please secure your bikes to the outside bike racks provided. Securing bikes to objects other than the bikes racks is prohibited.

Dogs: Dogs are NOT permitted on the field.
