  • Co-ed T-Ball Instructional, coed, for ages 5 and 6. This 1-hour program is offered on Sundays from 8am to 9am. 
  • Co-ed Junior Minors Instructional, coed, ages 7-8. Offered on Sundays and runs from 9am to 11 am.
  • Co-ed Minors/Majors Instructional: ages 9-­11 (players must be no younger than 9 as of September 15, 2019 and no older than 11 as of November 18, 2019).  Held on Sundays from 8:00am to 11:00am, this program includes all aspects of baseball instruction by P3 coaching staff, as well as an abridged game for 75-80 minutes.
  • Parent supervision expected. Some parent coaches and volunteers required.
  • Professional Coaches provide instruction on baseball fundamentals in a fun atmosphere.


  • Baseball Majors division, co­ed, ages 10-­12 (players born between Sept 1, 2007 and August 31, 2010).
  • 1 recreational game/week with pre-game practice on Saturday or Sunday at Pier 40 or JJ Walker
  •  Advanced play using a competitive game framework and age-appropriate Little League playing rules
  •  General rules include stealing (no leadoffs) and infield fly rule. To avoid injuries, we monitor pitch counts and use of catchers in all games.
  •  Professional umpires.
  •  Permitted bats will have seal from Little League of America.


  • Co-ed ages 13­-16 (players born between Sept 1, 2002 and August 31, 2007): 1 9-inning game/weekend.
  • 1 game/week on Saturday or Sunday, at Pier 40, Randall’s Island and Murry Bergtraum.
  • Played on 90-foot bases, 60.5 foot pitcher’s mound.
  • General rules as per spring Juniors & Seniors, season, including leadoffs and stealing. To avoid injuries, we monitor pitch counts and use of catchers in all games.
  • Professional umpires.


  • Softball T-­Ball division, girls only, ages 4­-7: 1 game or practice/weekend, instructional and scrimmage play. 
  • No previous softball experience necessary.
  • Parent supervised, geared towards learning and fun; includes weekly clinics with professional coaches.

  • Parent supervised, geared towards learning and fun.
  • 1 practice per week that includes professional coaches

  • Girls only, ages 9-10
  • No previous softball experience necessary.  
  • 1 game or practice/weekend with instruction.


  • Girls ages 10 – 12 ; some softball/baseball experience recommended, but not required.  
  • 1-2 games/weekend with instruction.


  • Girl’s ages 12-18; softball/baseball experience generally required.
  • Even more competitive (but still always fun and instructive).
  • 1 practice at Pier 40 each weekend that includes professional coaches.
  • 1 inter-league game with local Little Leagues per weekend.
