Greenwich Village Little League offers Summer Baseball and Summer Softball in July and August. We know you may have other plans for the summer, so the program is set up to play during the weeks you are around.
**You do not need to have previously played in GVLL to participate**
Who can play in the summer?
Summer Baseball is for boys and girls ages 4-12.
Summer Softball is for girls ages 4-14.
STEPS
1. Determine your child's baseball or softball age here. (Note, it's not necessarily their age now or even when the season starts :)
2. Find the division of play (Baseball, Softball) that you are interested in (see below). Baseball is for both boys and girls. Softball is for girls.
3. Click on the REGISTER NOW! link on the top of this page or log into your account to register your player for the season.

Summer T-Ball, BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL, Little League ages 4 to 6
T-Ball baseball and softball play together and meet once a week on Wednesday evenings at Pier 40 from 6 to 7:15. The focus is on playing ball and having fun. Please check your child's Little League age to determine if they are eligible for this level. The goal is to develop skills and understand the game with parent volunteers and P3 coaches.
Summer Junior Minors and Minors, BASEBALL, Little League ages 7 to 9
Please check your child's Little League age to determine if they are eligible for this level. This division emphasizes fun and skill development and includes workouts with the P3 coaching staff. Team assignments are made based on player availability on game day. P3 coaches will pitch and catch to ensure games are instructional and productive. Opportunity to move from Minors to Majors will be by invitation only. Games are play at Pier 40 on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings 6pm to 8pm.
Summer Majors, BASEBALL, Little League ages 10 to 12
Please check your child's Little League age to determine if they are eligible for this level. This division offers a higher level of play than our Summer Minors division but is still a fun and recreational division. Team assignments are made based on player availability on game day and each night will consist of a friendly scrimmage (after a warm up). Games are be played at JJ Walker Field on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings 6pm to 8pm.
Summer SOFTBALL, Little League ages 7 to 14
Please check your child's Little League age to determine if they are eligible for this level. This division emphasizes fun and skill development and includes workouts with the P3 coaching staff. Team assignments will be made based on player availability on game day. The first hour is practice and then followed by a scrimmage/game. Games are played at Pier 40 on Tuesday evenings 6pm to 8pm.
