The 12 kiddos on our LLWS U12 team went undefeated against the best (5) little leagues in Manhattan and the Bronx last week.
They moved on to sectionals and lost last night to South Shore. Today, they beat Pelham in a 5-inning mercy with a final score of 11-1. Caden Yang pitched a complete game with just ONE run scored. The game started off with a home run by James Furst. And Charlie Carini went 2 for 2 … with TWO home runs and FIVE RBI’s. Amazing job!!
Their next game is tomorrow at 11am at Van Nest Little League and they are playing Throgs Neck. Please support them if you can. If they win on Sunday, next game is on Monday at Con Ed against South Shore
After a district championship ... the U10 LLWS team is out.
LLWS 10U had a great run! They won District 23 last week which means these 12 kids beat out the 9 best little leagues in Manhattan and the Bronx.
They moved onto sectionals and lost both games to Pelham and Throgs Neck. But they are still winners to us!
