BASEBALL DIVISION INFO.
Register today to take advantage of early bird registration fees, as well as winter workouts and clinics which start next week at Pier 40. Costs highlighted below. Dates/times/age groups are posted on our league calendar; baseball pitching clinics require registration as space is limited.
ages 5-8: T-Ball, Jr. Minors
ages 9-12: Minors, AAA* , Majors
ages 13-17: Juniors, Seniors

* those interested in AAA should register for Minors or Majors. Following registration, next month they will receive an invitation to sign up for tryouts. Please note, Minors players attending tryouts may not defer a draft into AAA or Majors, should they be selected.
If your player is aged 9-12, please pay very careful attention to the play options outlined below and on this quick reference grid.
Baseball Ages 9
- Please see age chart
- Players that are Baseball Age 9 have the option to play in Minors or AAA
- AAA is a more competitive division of the Minors and it involves a tryout and draft.
- Friend requests will not be granted in the AAA division.
- Kids that are not drafted for AAA will play in Minors division.
- Friend requests will be honored when possible but not guaranteed in Minors
- * GVLL also offers a travel team (ACEs). Please click here for more information. In order to play for the ACEs in Spring, your child must play for AAA as well.
Baseball Ages 10 & 11
- Please see age chart
- Players that are Baseball Ages 10 and 11 have the option to play in Minors, AAA or Majors
- AAA and Majors are competitive divisions that involve a tryout and draft.

AAA and Majors tryouts will be on February 13th at Pier 40. Once you complete your registration, you will receive a link to sign up for tryouts next month.
