Rain outs: What to do!
Coordinators: As soon as games are canceled due to weather, please do the following to communicate with the affected teams in your division:

setting up your email
1. Go to the "email" dropdown at the top of this page.
2. Select Bulk Emails
3. Scroll down and select "select template"
-- this is found towards the bottom of the page, above the open content block, on the upper right.

4. Under the "custom templates" section, select the RAIN OUT template by hitting the "edit" button on the right.
5. Edit the content areas in brackets ex: [your name]

1. Scroll to the top of the page
2. Select your groups by hitting the + symbol to the left of the affected teams
-or- enter your teams' emails manually in the "Additional Recipients" box
3. Enter "GVLL RAIN OUT" into the subject line
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the blue "send now" button



Volunteer Sign Up
Anyone volunteering with GVLL must be officially registered.  This includes all caches, managers.coordinators, and safety officers.  Make sure that you and your volunteers are officially registered. Instructions can be found here.
